Review: Hush,Hush (Hush,Hush #1) by Becca Fitzpatrick.

Romance was not part of Nora Grey's plan. She's never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment.

But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora's not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can't decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.

For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen - and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost Nora her life.

Every time i start reading a book about angels i always expect something huge to happen and it did happen. This was exactly the kind of book i love to read, especially if it has a lot of action and,of course,an character who acts like he deserves all the attention.Actually, what  i liked most about this story?I couldn't pin-point everything that was going to happen and even if i could, that was because i've read this book before. Maybe some people say that this was too easy and everything happened too fast. What i say?It was perfectly perfect and i want more.

Nora's life was simple and easy before she met Patch Cipriano.Nothing strange or huge happened to her, besides her father's death. But from the moment she met Patch, everything started to change,to complicate and a lot of strange things happen to her.Step by step,Nora starts to realize that something isn't right with Patch and from there the fun begins. What will happen to Nora?Is Patch a threath to her?

Strange things happened in this book, from the beginning until the end, and it made me curious to know more about this and where will everything go.Ups and Downs?A lot.Strange and mysterious characters?Double Yes.I want more?Of course.
Yet again i find another book with an hate/love relationship between two characters.Something that starts a little ugly but ,step by step, transforms into something beautiful.Yeah,i like this kind of stories and i think those are the best.

Nora? She was a strange girl,or so i thought at the beginning of the book.I'm not sure why,but she wasn't the kind of character i expected and i thought that maybe i won't like her at all, but, step by step, that changed. After a while i started to enjoy reading about her, about her theories and her way of inverstigating Patch. It was fun, mainly when she was caught by Patch and didn't know how to explaine herself.
Not a bad character and the way she evolved in every chapter was a good thing, because it made everything more interesting.

Patch Cipriano-a good surprise full of secrets.A mystery.A charming and handsome mystery who acted like everything revolved around him.It was fun to read about him, especially when he was teasing Nora.Mystery or not,Patch wasn't simple at all .Intense? That he was.Always present when something happened?Yup and it made me think about some strange things. It was odd ,but now i know the truth ,so i understand more about what was going through his head.

Nora's best friend,Vee,was a hyper-activ girl and she made me laugh a lot.Not sure why,but her attitude and her actions were  amusing ,even if there were a few times when i wanted to shake some sense in her.
Jules and Elliot? Those two-well,deep down in my heart,i knew they were trouble from the beginning, but i put aside that feeling and thought :what could go wrong? They were two boys who saw Nora and Vee,right?Well, heck,if it was about that.

Like i said above,a lot of things happened in this book, unexpected and unexplainable, yet everything made sense when the big scene happened in the last chapters.Ups and downs..Roller-coaster of crazy events and a story that you can't ignore. It seems that i'm a sucker for this kind of books-complicated , many ups and downs, mysterious characters, crazy characters...and ,of course, one of the main character has to be someone like Patch:mysterious, charming, handsome and very, very secretive. And,of course,i am lucky to announce that he isn't the first character like this that i end up liking too much.Yikes.
What i want right now?To know what will happen next, because i know that this was the beginning of something huge.Fallen Angels ,well, they don't give up so easy, right?
