Review:Indelible by Dawn Metcalf.

Some things are permanent.

Indelible.

And they cannot be changed back.

Joy Malone learns this the night she sees a stranger with all-black eyes across a crowded room—right before the mystery boy tries to cut out her eye. Instead, the wound accidentally marks her as property of Indelible Ink, and this dangerous mistake thrusts Joy into an incomprehensible world—a world of monsters at the window, glowing girls on the doorstep, and a life that will never be the same.

Now, Joy must pretend to be Ink’s chosen one—his helper, his love, his something for the foreseeable future...and failure to be convincing means a painful death for them both. Swept into a world of monsters, illusion, immortal honor and revenge, Joy discovers that sometimes, there are no mistakes.

Somewhere between reality and myth lies…

Review:
Just when i thought that i've read about every subject possible ,i start reading " Indelible" and i realize that i was wrong.Something new and brilliant, because it really was!And i can't imagine writing something else about this amazing book!

Imagine living in a world thinking that nothing out of the ordinary could happen. That every single day is normal and mundane. And than in one night everything changes.Your world is turned upside down and you just can't believe it ,or you try to understand what happen and you can't.
Amazing, that's how this book was.Not just cause it was something new and unique, but because it made me want to imagine every single scene that happened and made me want to know more about what could happen next.I was fascinated by the world Dawn created and it was exciting to read how the main character tried to understand what was happening to her.

The story was about Joy Malone,a sixteen year old girl ,whose life wasn't exactly perfect, but she was trying to move on.To have fun and forget that in a way her world was falling apart.
Everything happened strange,or i should say that i thought that they way things happened were a little strange.Don't ask why, just continue reading what i have to say.

One night Joy was out with her friend ,Monica, when something strange happened. They were at the Carousel club when a strange boy tried to stab Joy in the eye.And that was the strange thing and how everything started.

I liked Joy.She wasn't the kind of girl who wanted to get everyone's attention or who wanted  everything for herself. She was just a normal girl who wanted to get through everything that happened in her life. She was smart, beautiful and brave. She accepted everything ,even if she scared out of her mind.
Step by step i was glad to learn who the boy was.Mysterious and always appearing when Joy didn't expect,Ink was always present in Joy's life.Protecting and helping her every time, and teaching her how to become his lehman.
It was strange, cause Ink couldn't be seen by other humans, just by those who had the Sight, like Joy.That's why he gave her his signaturae. And it was awesome!

Scribes.Spirit aethers. And other creatures- made this story amazing and full of surprises.
Another character i liked was Inq,Ink's sister. She wasn't his real sister, but they were always together and looked almost like the were sister and brother. She was fun and always the first when they had to do something.Sometimes, her attitude was strange, but she wasn't bad.

Too many things happened in this book.Between what happened in Joy's life with her family and what happened since she was marked by Ink,i wanted to learn more about the Scribes(Ink and Inq) and about everything from their world. It was fascinating for me and exciting.
A new world.A new adventure.A new fight.Everything to save the world and to save everyone.
Honestly, every time Ink and Joy were together it was exciting because  they tried to find a way to work together and everything turned out to be more then they thought.Beautiful.

You have to read this book ASAP!I loved every chapter, cause every time i started one it was full of surprises!
