Review:Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry.

"I won't tell anyone, Echo. I promise." Noah tucked a curl behind my ear. It had been so long since someone touched me like he did. Why did it have to be Noah Hutchins? His dark brown eyes shifted to my covered arms. "You didn't do that-did you? It was done to you?" No one ever asked that question. They stared. They whispered. They laughed. But they never asked.

So wrong for each other...and yet so right.

No one knows what happened the night Echo Emerson went from popular girl with jock boyfriend to gossiped-about outsider with "freaky" scars on her arms. Even Echo can't remember the whole truth of that horrible night. All she knows is that she wants everything to go back to normal. But when Noah Hutchins, the smoking-hot, girl-using loner in the black leather jacket, explodes into her life with his tough attitude and surprising understanding, Echo's world shifts in ways she could never have imagined. They should have nothing in common. And with the secrets they both keep, being together is pretty much impossible.Yet the crazy attraction between them refuses to go away. And Echo has to ask herself just how far they can push the limits and what she'll risk for the one guy who might teach her how to love again.

Review:
I received this book from Netgalley for review.Thank you!
When i first started reading Pushing The Limits i was thinking that this book will be about teenage drama and nothing interesting, but i was really wrong.Let me tell you something, few books made me cry,but this one..Well,what can i say sad stories make me cry,but i'm really glad that i read this book.I'm not used to express my feelings about this kind of books, because my life is not perfect and i tend to avoid reading about others problems, but here i am writing about Pushing The Limits. The thing is that reading about others problems helps me a lot to understand that there are people who have bigger problems, and i gotta stop complaining and start living.Anyway, let's go back to the story.
Pushing the limits it's about trust, love ,family and other things that are really hard to understand if they never happend to you. This is Echo's and Noah's story. Two different people who are trying to move on with their life despite everything .Noah is trying to get his brothers back, and Echo is trying to remember something that happend with her.Noah's parents are dead, that's why his brothers are with another family.Foster parents.
Once Echo was popular, now she is an outcast.Well, not really an outcast, but her life is not the same anymore. Her brother Aires died in Afghanistan. Her mother is bipolar and she's not allowed to stay with her because what happend between them. And her father will have another child with another woman. Yeah,Echo's life is not easy at all.On her arms she has scars.Scars that she tries to hide all the time.Everyone thought that she tried to kill herself, but they don't know the truth.
Everything happens for a reason.Well, sometimes life hits you when you're not ready. At lest something good happend in Echo's and Noah's lifes-they met.And Mrs.Collins,of course.God i love that woman!
I really liked Noah and the way he fought to get his brothers back, but i admired him the most when he realized that can be a part of they life without taking them from Carrie and Joe.Yes,maybe i'm wrong ,but Noah is just a boy and he couldn't take care of two little boys.He can't be a father when he needed one.I swear that i read twice the chapter when he decided to do something good with his life and he left the boys with their foster parents.Life is hard, but Noah deseve to be happy.
Echo. She is a fighter.Despite her nightmares she didn't give up.Her need to know what happend that night was so big that she finally did it.
Well,i think there are too many details, but what matters in the end that there is an happy ending.I love happy ending, and i'm glad that this time-even thought i cried-everything changed.
What can i say Pushing the Limits it's a book that everyone should read.I read it and i loved it.The characters were amazing, and i'm sure i would never forget this book.If you start reading this book, you won't be able to put it down.I couldn't..
Between Noah's charming-yes,for me it was charming even when he was acting like a crazy boy- bad boy attitude and Echo's desire to move on ,there were moments when i was wondering if this book or at least some parts were inspired from a real story.Nevermind.
I'm so glad that i read this!I can't express how much i liked it and i know i wrote too many details above, but that's how i am.I'm sorry for those who didn't read it yet,and all i can say is that you gotta read it fast! You won't regret it!

Rating: 5/5.It was amazing!

Multumesc!
